Scars !! Ones of pain and Ones of love

Some years ago, on a hot summer day in south Florida, a little boy decided to go for a swim in the old swimming hole that was behind his house. In a hurry to dive into the cool water, he ran out the back door, leaving behind shoes, socks, and shirt as he went.

He flew into the water, not realizing that as he swam toward the middle of the lake, an alligator was swimming toward the shore.

In the house, his mother was looking out the window. She saw the two as they got closer and closer together. In utter fear, she ran toward the water, yelling to her son as loudly as she could.

Hearing her voice, the little boy became alarmed, and made a U-turn to swim to his mother. It was too late. Just as he reached her, the alligator reached him. From the dock, the mother grabbed her little boy by the arms, just as the alligator snatched his legs. That began a very incredible tug-of-war between the two.

The alligator was much stronger than the mother, but the mother was much too passionate to let go.

A farmer happened to drive by, heard her screams, raced from his truck, took aim, and shot the alligator. Remarkably, after weeks and weeks in the hospital, the little boy survived. His legs were extremely scarred by the vicious attack of the animal. On his arms, there were deep scratches where his mother's fingernails dug into his flesh; in her effort to hang on to the son she loved.

The newspaper reporter, who interviewed the boy after the trauma, asked the boy if he would show him his scars.

The boy lifted his pant legs. Then, with obvious pride, he said to the reporter, 'But look at my arms. I have great scars on my arms, too. I have them because my Mom wouldn't let go.'

You and I can identify with that little boy.

We have scars, too. No, not from an alligator, but the scars of a painful past. Some of those scars are unsightly, and have caused us deep regret. But, some wounds, my friend, are because God has refused to let go. In the midst of your struggle, He's been right there, holding on to you.

The Scripture teaches that God loves you.

You are a child of God. He wants to protect you, and provide for you in every way. But, sometimes, we foolishly wade into dangerous situations, not knowing what lies ahead. The swimming pool of life is filled with peril ~ and we forget that the enemy is waiting to attack. That is when the tug-of-war begins.

If you have the scars of His love on your arms, be very, very grateful. He will not ever let you go.

His word says, I will never leave you nor forsake you. May the scars of the love of God override and extinguish the scars of hurts in your life.

Words of your mouth - Whom does it edify?

There is not one day that passes by us where we haven't been a recipient of our own words or words from people around us.The word of God says " Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.(Ephesians 4:29)"

What is an unwholesome talk?

Many automatically think of vulgar or crass language.  That I must say is fit but over the days of learning I have understood that "those" are only the most obvious.It also includes things like gossip, cruel words, anger words, slanderous words, lying and deceitful words, harsh and complaining words, self-pity words,words that demand constant attention to satisfy needs of self.

Why is such a talk not good?

First, it breaks down the unity of the body of Christ.
If you know someone to be a gossiper, are you excited to talk to them?  Do go to them and ask prayer for you when you have problems?  No, you avoid them like the plague!
If when you went to church, all you heard was criticism and put-downs would you want to get going?
If the people there were snippy and told lies about one another, would you then listen to those same people when they led a Bible study?  Of course not.
If you find someone who constantly needs words of affirmation and wonders if the good you want to do for them is for real because according to them they don't deserve it, would you feel like doing it for them or for someone who knows to just receive in love.

Second, it destroys our witness to the world.  Even when the world thinks we are completely nuts, the one thing that makes us attractive to them is our distinctiveness – the fact that we live differently than they do.  If lost people are used to a freely flowing stream of unwholesome talk from our mouths, how will they react when we then try to offer them the water of life? Unwholesome talk does not encourage the body of Christ.  It does not build up the church, or make it attractive in any way.  That is why Paul says we should not let it fall from our lips.

We should not use unwhole words, but rather encourage one another with words that build up.

Thus, every time you go to speak, you have to do so with the intent of building up the other person.

You see, it is not enough to simply clean up our act.  It is not enough to simply stop swearing, or stop gossiping, or stop lying.  No, that’s not sufficient.  As children of God, we are to be proactive with our words.  Like our time and money and talent, we see our speech as a gift from God and we seek to use it for his glory and the good of his people.

Paul says, it’s important to get this because God desires us – specifically, our words – to be a means of grace in the lives of others. Thus Paul says there is no place for idle words, vain words without purpose or intent.   Every word you use, every sentence you speak should have behind it the aim, the goal of building up another person.

Now notice, though, that God’s grace should come at the appropriate time.  Paul says, your words should be ‘good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.’   In other words, when you are seeking to build up another person, it is important to know what they need at the moment.  Our attempt at encouraging them with word must be appropriate to the occasion and appropriate to the person.

What do they need?  Do they need to be counseled?  To be exhorted? To be corrected? To be warned?  To be comforted?

And always remember "do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption."

The Holy Spirit of God who dwells with his people is not some force, but is a divine person.  And he can be grieved – offended – by our sins.

Imagine living with someone who constantly irritates you by their words.  They speak crassly, use vulgarity.  But more than that, they attack your values.  They undermine your very existence and refuse to listen to you when you ask them to stop.   So, day after day, week after week, year after year, they have to endure this constant disrespect, constant lack of love for you.  That is something of what it means to grieve God’s Spirit.

Let us work at bring God’s grace to eachother’s lives, encouraging one another with words that build up.

Why Forgive ?

Forgive !

- So that others have an opportunity to be shown grace, recover and be restored.

- So you are free of being burnt and re-burnt in the same hurt and pain.

- The one who has wronged you, lest you hold onto bitterness and open their lives to areas that the enemy can further attack.

- So you are not hiding behind the excuse of someone elses wrong doing.

- So you don't carry a baggage and can move around with relationships restored.

- So it is peaceful within and around you.

- because you have been freely forgiven by the Father in heaven.

What do we put off and put on And How!!

You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.

These words talk to those who are waiting and eager to be taught how to live, no longer like the Gentiles in the futility of their minds but like new creatures whose lives are full of meaning and hope and joy.

Putting Off the Old Person

What is the old person and what is the new person?

What does the old person comprise off? Paul says, "Therefore putting off falsehood, speak truth." So it seems like one example of putting off the old person is to put off bad practices that belong to the old way of life—like lying. Another good clue to the meaning of "the old person" is in Colossians 3:8–9. But now put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and foul talk from your mouth. Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old person with its practices. So putting off the old person is more than putting off old practices, because Colossians 3:9 says we put it off WITH its practices. And Colossians 3:8 mentions things that lie beneath and behind practices—like anger and wrath.

So the old person is the old bundle of attitudes and emotions and practices that I used to be. That's who I was before I was called out of darkness by the voice of the Lord.

Putting On the New Person

Colossians 3:12 gives the same kind of clue about the meaning of the new person that we are supposed to put on. Paul says, "Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and loved, compassion, kindness, lowliness, meekness, and patience."

So the new person is the new bundle of attitudes and emotions and practices that Jesus has called us to become in his school. We must take off the old person and put on the new person. The old person is corrupted by desires that are fueled and fired by deceit, by lies, by the absence of truth. When your mind is deceived, you can even love to drink poison. But then notice in verse 24 that the new person is created in righteousness and holiness that is fueled and fired by truth. Right attitudes and emotions and actions are born from true views of spiritual reality.

And what is the bridge that leads from between the corrupting deceit to the sanctifying truth? It is the renewing of the spirit of the mind. This is the key: "Be renewed in the spirit of your mind." If your attitudes and emotions and practices come from the spirit of a renewed mind, they will be yours in one sense, but in a deeper sense they will be the creation of God in righteousness and holiness.

When your mind is filled with the love of Christ and with all the fullness of God, then the spirit of your mind is renewed and freed from the deceit of the world. And out of that renewed mind come new attitudes and emotions and practices, and they clothe you with righteousness and holiness. And this new person that you become is indeed the creation of God himself, and to him belongs all the glory forever and ever.

Silence In Prayer - Indeed An unbeatable weapon !!

Not every situations demands you to wear an Armour and battle your stand. I have fallen completely in love with the power of silence in prayer.

Years before when I read the word "Be still and know that I am God"- Psalm 41:10

I understood those words in the context of not fretting over the situation but trusting God and knowing that He is well capable of leading you out victorious. I still hold onto that understanding.

But what I additionally know today, is the knowledge of the power that, the act of stillness and silence releases when it is done in trust and prayer.

Does the whole world seem like its going to run over you?
Does the world around seem to make progress and not you?
Does your own mind ask you questions about your faith?
Do your own wonder if you are out of your mind and irrational?

Be silent in prayer, trust in your creator and obey His voice.
He trusts in you and His plans are to prosper you and never harm you.
All the days of your life have already been ordained by HIM
Obedience will release it into fulfillment.

Does no one seem to understand how tough it is for you to handle all that you have?
Do no one have the time to sit down and really understand?
Does it seem like you have no where to turn and rest?
Does it seem like the days are growing with their exponential demands?

Be silent in prayer, trust in your creator and obey His voice.
His grace is sufficient for you.
He beckons you to cast your burdens onto him in exchange for His rest.

Silent as the lamb He stood,
Accusing priests, the condemning mob,
the roman soldiers and Pontius Pilate were his jury.
Not one person to defend his case or fight his battle found.
Yet He stayed His ground in peaceful silence.

Crucify him they cried,
What wrong did He do !
Helping the needy reach their full potential
Healing the sick
Delivering the oppressed
Showing the way to salvation
Which one of these is a sin which commands death.

The authority of the heaven in His hand
The entire army of angels to His disposal
Blameless and Sinless was He
Yet every condemnation He received in quiet submission.

A submission in prayer
A submission in love
A submission in fulfilling the plan of salvation
A submission in defying earthly laws of power and victory.

He was crucified, the world thought they won
But the paradox of the heavens struck
He rose again and He won the world for Himself
Through His silence at the courts and the cross.

The same law of silence can operate in our lives
When we recognize what the Lord Jesus did for us at the cross
The silence in prayer means victory for those who believe in Him
It could mean the same for you, if you would just believe.

Competence !! What and Why

Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from God. He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant – not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. - II Corinthians 3:5-6

The desire to be competent and a winner is present in every living being. The world defines a winner to be one who achieves different feats through their own skill and strengths. Man being fallen and tuned to the ways of world therefore finds himself participate in this air of competition.

There are different kinds of battles that every human goes through in different areas. There are few areas that they find themselves highly competitive and in few other areas that they find themselves lacking. Hence, they find themselves perform extra-ordinarily well in few and suffer with low self-esteem in the other.

As a child of God who has been reconciled with HIM through His redemptive blood that is constantly transforming us into HIS likeness, is being competent wrong or is lacking competence wrong? Neither. The word of God says, “The Lord will make you the head and not the tail”- (Deuteronomy 28:13). This very clearly says that the Lord wants you to be on the top and a winner in all walks of your life.

We can ask questions like, how can this be true when I don’t have the skill? I can’t do it; I haven’t been trained for it?

Moses said to the LORD, "O Lord, I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue.' So the Lord said to him, "Who has made man's mouth? Or who makes the mute, the deaf, the seeing, or the blind? Have not I, the Lord? Now therefore, go, and I will be with your mouth and teach you what you shall say."

When we understand what Moses understood, that is in our weakness His strength is made perfect and that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us, we will recognize that we are winners not because of our own strength or skill but because of the one whom we serve - the Lord. It is in His strength that we gain victory.

There are many people who are on the other side of the spectrum too. They refuse to be used by God because they think of themselves as “not ready.” We will never be competent enough. If we were, the sufficiency would be in ourselves, not from God.

Take the case of a race, you have a set of rules to abide by, spectators who witness your run and a committee who stamps you as a winner. So is the case with life, to be accepted and acknowledged as a winner, you need someone in authority to establish you there. Lets look back at Deuteronomy 28:13. It says, “The Lord” will make you the head. That means, that you are accepted and acknowledged as the winner, because the Lord makes you one.

Now why does the Lord want His children to be competent? Is it because He wants to show to the children of the world His power and might? Is it because He wants to distinguish His children from the world? Or Is it because we may participate in the divine plan of redemption of souls into His kingdom?

The answer to why the Lord equips us with His competence to make us the head can be found in 2 Corinthians 3:6. He madeus competent to give us life and did it not through the ‘letter’ but the ‘Spirit’. The letter is the law in its outward sense, written on tablets of stone. The letter of the law was introduced in the Old Covenant. It told us what to do and what not to do. The letter can therefore kill because the law exposes our sin and thereby qualifies us to be “killed” in the Lords presence. It thoroughly and completely establishes our guilt. But the Lord did not impart competence to us to wade through this law and be established as righteous. We would never be able to do so. He gave us His robe of righteousness so that the law cannot bind us down so that we could serve Him in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter.

It doesn’t mean that the Holy Spirit replaces the written law, but that He completes and fulfills the work of the written law in our hearts. The Spirit gives us life, and with this spiritual life we can live the law and purpose of God. When we taste this in our lives, the Spirit enables us to become a part of His divine plan - “Not one should perish but that all should come to repentance” and enables us to look beyond ourselves and reach out to the others and reveal the Lord to them.

Lord, Please forgive us for those times when we think that it is through our strength that we accomplish the different things and for times when we refuse to step up because we think we are incompetent. Help us Lord to recognize that our sufficiency is in you. Help us to look beyond yourselves and allow you to work in and through our lives for the purposes in your heart. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

The Mark of Acceptance From the Heavens - That Man May Speak No More

Mark 5:25-34

There was a lady in the Bible who suffered from the issue of blood for 12 long years.
She was condemned by society and pushed aside to the outskirts of her village. Few didn't care, few felt she was a burden, few probably didn't know of her existence, few could do nothing about her situation, none of those helped her. She was all alone, helpless weak, beaten down and desperate. She heard about this man named Jesus, whom few called as the Messiah.
She was weak, yet determined to try her last way out to being delivered and healed. She crawled and waded through the multitudes and crowds. People probably stepped over her hands as she crawled. How many times she had to stop on the sides, to rest for a while and continue till she saw the Messiah. How many times people would have pushed her aside because she wasn't upto their speed and was blocking their way. Yet she desired in the depth of her heart, "if only i could touch the tip of the masters robe, I will be healed." And there came the master walking by her and
gathering all the strength her feeble body had, she took those last few steps  and reached out and touched the hem of His robe..
Lo n Behold, her faith was rewarded, her body grew strong and she knew she was healed. He joy leapt no bounds. But this is not to be discussed or shared in public. With joy bursting and singing through every cell but with a forced silence. She decided to leave quietly and blessed.

And then the Master spoke aloud -    "Who touched me?"

Everyone found this question puzzling, as the place was crowded and the master was touched by everyone around him. Yet He repeated the question and she came forward confessing that she did.

With His eyes filled in compassion the master said "Daughter,your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering".

She was already healed when she touched the hem of HIS robe.Have you ever wondered why the Lord didn't let her go silently. Some may say, it was for his glory. It is indeed that He may be glorified, but He is not a God who pulls you out in public and embarrasses you and takes glory. So apparently the Lord meant more than just for His glory.

The Lord pulled her out in the public, so that the people around may know and acknowledge that she has been healed and that no man in that town would ever treat her the way they did when she was sick. HE marked her with the stamp of the heavens and proclaimed aloud that she was healed and that she was free.
Gods word defines the universe and the laws of the same. So when He mentioned she was free, it was not only from sickness but also from the condemnations from the tongues of the world.
Now,The world had to receive her justly, treat her right and never ever shun her from her right of living free from suffering. If anyone had a difference in opinion from what He said, they would have to take it up with her defender, the God of the universe..

Is any one of you going through times where you feel outnumbered, cornered, helpless, lost, shattered, weak, lonely, condemned. What ever it may be, with faith in you heart, touch the hem of HIS garment. He will call you out into the open, it may seem like you are being shamed more. But when the Lord calls for you in the open, it is to mark you with the seal of acceptance of the heavens that man may speak no more.

Your Defender At His Best

When you wish you were younger so you could fix your life
When you wish you didn't do all that you did and messed your life
When you wish you would have paid more attention to what well wishers said
When you wish you would have a second chance and did what you always wanted to.

When the whole world points fingers at you and you wish you could disappear
When friends and family give up on you and write you off as "a loser"
When society thinks you are nothing but a social taboo
When you stand out cos you are different from the others and left out.

You are looking around for that one silver lining in your dark cloud
You are looking for that one soul who would understand and love
You are looking for a place of peace where you could rest your fears for a while
You are looking for a second chance and you cry out aloud...

The God of the universe stops and turns to you,
He calls your name out aloud in front of the universe.
You don't understand why he would make you an object of public display
Yet my friend, Simply obey and respond to his call
Cos when you do so, He will wash you and give you His blameless name
He will stamp you with the mark of the heavens,
No man or authority in the universe can condemn
Or hold you accountable for any past sins
If there arises a time when someone dares to raise a finger at you.
Relax, you have the worlds best lawyer at your defense - The Law Giver - Christ.
One who never sleeps or slumbers at His best.

Simply Call on His name,
His name is Christ.
He would respond with your name on His lips
Respond my friend to His call and see
How your defender sets you free.

Success

The road to success is not straight.
There is a curve called Failure,
a loop called Confusion,
speed bumps called Friends,
red lights called Enemies,
caution lights called Family.
You will have flats called Jobs.

But, if you have a spare called Determination,
an engine called Perseverance,
insurance called Faith,
a driver called Jesus,
you will make it to a place
called Success.

Grace

He giveth more grace as our burdens grow greater,
He sendeth more strength as our labors increase;
To added afflictions He addeth His mercy,
To multiplied trials he multiplies peace.

When we have exhausted our store of endurance,
When our strength has failed ere the day is half done,
When we reach the end of our hoarded resources
Our Father’s full giving is only begun.

His love has no limits, His grace has no measure,
His power no boundary known unto men;
For out of His infinite riches in Jesus
He giveth, and giveth, and giveth again.

Salvation By Grace Through Faith

Ephesians 2:8-9 - For it is by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not from yourselves; it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast.

At some point of time in life, we find every man looking for ways to be good and to be known as good. Among the many reasons for doing so like the feel-good factor, the desire to be known and many more, we often find that one of the strongest reason is a desire to be forgiven for ones sins.

The world offers much solution to these seekers. Every one of them are incomplete because it can never address the justification of the sinner being set free without paying a equivalent price for the sin. This is a paradoxical situation where we talk about setting free and yet being punished. The good news is that there is one true answer to this question and it is found in the cross.

“The death of the sinless Lord Jesus Christ on the cross in the place of the sinner justifies the sinner and his resurrection, liberates him from the wages of sin.”

Having understood the way to salvation, we also need to understand that salvation comes from or belongs to the LORD (Jonah 2:9)

The word also says “God so loved the world that He gave HIS only begotten son that whosoever believeth in Him shall have everlasting life (John 3:16) “

If that is the case, we cannot avail salvation unless He gives it to us and we receive it in turn. So, when we receive it freely we are automatically weaved into the plan of salvation where Christ takes our place on the cross and we are liberated from sin. Anything received freely that does you good is a gift and therefore salvation is a gift of God.

There is yet another phrase that I often hear thrown around. “Earn your friendship, Earn your love, Earn your worth, Earn your salvation.” There is nothing in this universe that the sinful human can do to earn his or her salvation. No good works, no good deeds, no sacrifice, no re-birth theologies, no oaths and promises, No nothings.

The first key to receiving salvation is by the grace of God. Grace by its very definition means, "Unmerited favor." Salvation is an unearned, undeserved blessing, offered freely to all mankind. In short, there is no way that man, the sinner, could earn or merit salvation, so God provided it for him as a gift.

The second key is faith, which is man's response to God's free gift. Salvation is by grace - on God's side; and by faith - on man's side.

Now it becomes very important for us to understand what faith means. Exactly what is meant by faith? Many people define faith as a mental acceptance of certain facts. But, “Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen”. (Hebrews 11:1) So even though man cannot see the salvation that is destined in his future it is HIS faith in conjunction with Gods grace that works out his salvation.

Grace makes salvation possible; obedient faith makes salvation actual. When man responds in Biblical faith to God's offer of salvation, he is neither earning nor deserving the gift, but only accepting it on the condition on which the Lord has promised to give it.Hence no man can boast of the salvation that he has received. This should keep every saved man completely compassionate and understanding of the others and intercede for them to be saved likewise. Every Christian life will radically change when we rightly view God's grace and actively engage in distributing His grace.

I wonder

I wondered so hard today and everything that I am spoke aloud !

I wonder if the love that I show people is true
I wonder if I am hidden behind the mask of being God's child
I wonder if I am truly co-operating with the Lord in HIS infinite loving lessons
I wonder if I would ever really walk the talk when it truly matters and reveal Christ
I wonder if I am just letting the days go past me and not through me
I wonder if I am  living everyday seeking to satisfy my hearts desires

I suddenly find myself shallow
The feeling is intense and heartbreaking
How much I realize how sinful and fallen I am
The closer I walk towards God
The greater I find myself fall short.

When the Lord walks in the cool of the day and asks me,
" My Child !! How has the day been?"
How can I ever explain what it feels to show the Lord,
repeated failures to live up to his teachings!!
How can I ever explain that in exchange for HIS love,
all I have is a petition pleading for more of HIS blood.

Makes me feel like a blood thirsty animal
The price the Lord paid ,so I could be saved
Ah ! What kind of love is that,
indeed beyond my understanding.

When a sense of uncleanness grips my heart
I cry, Lord, Let the coal cleanse my heart
For here I am,Help me I pray
That I may receive your grace fully
May every new day that comes by me,
be lived the way you want it to be.

For here I am, Help me I pray

WHEN GOD WANTS A MAN (Anonymous)

When God wants to drill a man and thrill a man and skill a man...
When God wants to mould a man to play the noblest part;
When He yearns with all His heart to create so great and bold a man that all the world shall praise...
Watch His methods; watch His ways!

How He ruthlessly perfects whom He royally elects...
How He hammers him and hurts him,
and with mighty blows converts him into
frail shapes of clay that only God understands.

How His tortured heart is crying and he lifts beseeching hands...
How He bends but never breaks when His good He undertakes.
How He uses whom He chooses...
with every purpose fuses him;
by every art induces him to try His splendor out...
God knows what He's about!

When God wants to take a man and shake a man and wake a man...
When God wants to make a man to do the Future's will;
He tries with all His skill...
When He yearns with all His soul to create him large and whole...
with what cunning He prepares him...
how He goads and never spares him!

How He whets him and He frets him and in poverty begets him...
How often He disappoints whom He sacredly anoints!
With what wisdom He will hide him;
never minding what betide him...
Though His genius sob with slighting and His pride may not forget;
Bids him struggle harder yet!

Makes him lonely so that only God's high messages shall reach him...
So that He may surely teach him what the hierarchy planned;
And though he may not understand...
gives him passions to command.
How remorselessly He spurs him...
with terrific ardor stirs him
When He poignantly prefers him.

When God wants to name a man and fame a man and tame a man...
When God wants to shame a man to do His Heavenly best;
When He tries the highest test that His reckoning may bring...
When He wants a God or king;
How He reins him and restrains him so His body scarce contains him...
While He fires him and inspires him…
Keeps him yearning, every burning for that tantalizing goal.

Lures and lacerates His soul...
sets a challenge for His spirit;
Draws it highest then he's near it!
Makes a jungle that he clear it;
makes a desert that he fear it...
and subdue it, if he can --
so doth God make a man!

Then -- to test His spirit's wrath --
throw a mountain in His path;
puts a bitter choice before him and relentlessly stands o'er him...
Climb or perish, so He says...
but watch His purpose, watch His ways.

God's plan is wondrous kind -- could we understand His mind ?
Fools are they who call His blind!
When His feet are torn and bleeding;
yet His spirit mounts unheeding...
blazing newer paths and finds;
When the Force that is Divine leaps to challenge every failure,
and His ardor still is sweet --
and love and hope are burning in the presence of defeat!
Lo the crisis, Lo the shouts that would call the leader out...
When the people need salvation doth he rise to lead the nation;
Then doth God show His plan...
and the world has found a man!
